The Mieszkanie Plus Dębica program is to stop the migration of young residents to other Polish cities. The investment has been planned for 201 apartments. Transtolbud-Piekutowski is responsible for the implementation of Plus Dębica.

The new pavilion is the Clinical and Scientific Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Environmental, Civilization and Elderly Diseases named after Professor Zbigniew Religa in Zabrze.
