MIESZKANIE PLUS IN DĘBICA

The Mieszkanie Plus Dębica investment will be built on a 1.5 ha plot at Ratuszowa Street. This area near the city center, so with a good so-called social facilities (school, kindergarten, shops, post office, community center etc.). Construction works started in the autumn of 2019. As part of the investment, three three-story buildings will be built. The most advanced is already concreting the first floor ceiling and reinforced concrete works on the second floor. In the next buildings, the floors of the first floor are concreted. Reinforced concrete structures will be constructed in all three buildings by the end of July. The construction is proceeding according to the schedule and its completion is planned for the third quarter of 2021.
