The Porta Mare office building in Elbląg will offer over 6,000 sq m m2 of high-class offices, but also areas intended for aparthotels and commercial and service spaces. It will be located at ul. Warszawska on the picturesque quay of the Elbląg River, which divides the area of ​​the future investment from the city's old town. The investment will be carried out as part of the Fabryka program, which is to stimulate the potential of medium-sized cities by building modern office spaces.
