The Point will be built according to the high Torus standard based, among others, on o technological innovations - one of them is the system of air handling units, which in practice eliminates the possibility of spreading various types of pathogens such as bacteria or viruses. The building will also be distinguished by: 3-meter height office rooms, tilt windows, individual temperature control system, building application with a number of practical functions (facilitating, among others, access to the facility) and full infrastructure for cyclists. A terrace has been designed on the fourth floor, which will be a place of relaxation and rest for employees. As many as 283 parking spaces are planned in the investment, including 83 underground parking spaces, which will be a great convenience for tenants.
