The Format office building will have 2 underground and 5 above-ground levels. At level 0, small commercial and office premises will be located, operating regardless of the office space above (from +1 to +4). On levels -2 and -1 there will be car parks and cyclists' zone (-1), including bike racks, toilets, showers and lockers. The building will have 2 vertical communication cores (each with 2 evacuation cages, 3 lifts and a sanitary zone for tenants, including people with disabilities. The office building will be nearly 19 meters high. Its facade will be mostly glazed (with tilt windows), and opaque elements The total leasable area of ​​the building will be around 16,000 m2. The investment will have a total of 397 parking spaces for cars. The building will be certified in the LEED system. Its designer is the APA Wojciechowski Trójmiasto studio, for which we designed the construction of this building.
